Single Member LLC

Our single member LLC package is the most popular option for small businesses. The process begins with you completing our standard entity formation questionnaire. From there, an attorney will review your desired objectives and needs, and make sure that the LLC is the best form of entity for your business. The operating agreement will be drafted to comport with your stated objectives, and sent to you for review. We will also obtain a Federal Tax ID number for you from the IRS, and file the Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State. If you have any questions during the process, an attorney will be available to answer them for you.
